Mihela Hladin is Environmental and Social Initiatives Manager for Patagonia Europe, responsible for providing leadership on the environmental issues of importance to Patagonia as a company and its customers across Europe, developing and managing Patagonia’s grassroots environmental grants program in Europe, and reducing Patagonia’s environmental footprint. Before Patagonia, Mihela founded and operated Greennovate – a for-profit consultancy and non-profit with a focus on environmental educational initiatives within Chinese schools and universities.
Founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973, Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company based in Ventura, California. A certified B-Corporation, Patagonia’s mission is to build the best product, cause no unnecessary harm and use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis.
