What Is Design? – Frieze Magazine

‘We are coming to view design more as a mentality than a skill’ – Dezeen
‘What on earth should you teach future designers?,’ Lucas Verwey asks in a new opinion article for Dezeen. His conclusion: It would be better to leave design thinking to schools of management, interaction and game design to schools of computer science, design criticism to schools of journalism, etc. ‘Let it go. H&M Conscious New World – Design.nl
Cassandra Pizzey reporting on the presentation of H&M’s latest Conscious Collection. To the surprise of some a serious debate arose about the true sustainability of the brand. “If you think this was just a publicity stunt which allowed H&M to bring across their sustainable vision, think again.”
